Thank you for your interest in Forge Christian High School. We are thrilled you want to join our school!
Our admissions process consists of two different phases: *
- Application (completed online)
- Enrollment (once application is reviewed & accepted)
Online Admissions Process
To begin the application process, please click the "Create an Account" tab at the top of this page. You will be asked to create a username, password, and verify your email address.
Before starting the application process, we recommend using a laptop or desktop computer (not a table or phone). Apple's Safari internet browser is not supported.
In addition to the information requested in the application forms, please have the following
required documents ready to submit:
- Birth Certificate

Immunization Records/Exemptions
-
Current Attendance Record
-
Most Recent Standardized Test Scores
-
Most Recent Report Card or Transcript
-
IEP, 504, or Learning Plan (if applicable)
Your information will auto-save as you complete each section; you do not need to complete the application process in one sitting. To return to your application, go to the Application page, login, and pick up where you left off. A green checkmark will appear for each section once you have completed all required fields.
3. Review and Submit Application + Pay Application Fee
Once all required fields of the application are complete, select "Application Review” on the left-hand side to confirm all required information has been submitted. Once finished, click “Complete Review and Submit Application.” You will then be instructed to pay a $30 non-refundable application fee to finalize submission of the application.
After your application is submitted, our team will review it for completeness and contact you about the final steps of the admission process, listed below:
i. Academic Testing (optional)
ii. Complete a Family Interview with Our Principal (required)
In most cases, acceptance will be determined during the family interview.
iii. Sign the Enrollment Agreement + Pay Enrollment Fee
If accepted, you will be eligible to complete the Enrollment Agreement. Once the Enrollment Agreement is completed and the $300 Enrollment Fee is paid, your student will be considered fully enrolled for the applicable academic school year.
